NEW HAVEN: Trans inclusion in the workplace

Good for Business: Transgender inclusion in the workplace and the law

More and more businesses are instituting policies stating that they won’t discriminate against anyone on the basis of gender identity or expression.  How does the business community benefit from creating a working environment where everyone is welcome and encouraged to bring their talents to the table no matter who they are or how they express themselves? Have the non-discrimination laws in Connecticut kept up with business community?

Join Attorney Rachel Goldberg, Tony Ferraiolo, representatives from Aetna, Love Makes a Family, the Connecticut Alliance for Business Opportunity, and members of Connecticut’s Anti-Discrimination Coalition for a dynamic discussion about what needs to be done to make sure Connecticut laws protect everyone!

Monday, March 2nd, at 7 PM
Yale University School of Management, General Motors Room
55 Hill House Road, New Haven, CT
